Do you want to expand your horizons and apply the theories you have learned in class to real life situations? Do you strive for a competitive environment and perform well under pressure? Do you want take your public speaking and analysis skills to the next level? If you answered YES then Crack the Case 2022 is the competition for YOU!

The Accounting Students’ Association annual Crack the Case competition is a junior and senior accounting case competition available for all Guelph business students. Although the cases are tailored to accounting students, all students are permitted to try to "crack the case". No previous case experience is required.

Crack the Case is open to all undergraduate Students at the University of Guelph
This is a great opportunity to compete in an exclusive virtual event where you will gain valuable case experience, network with industry professionals, and compete for prize money! If all of your team members are signed up for CPA's PSAP, there's an opportunity to win more cash prizes!

There will be a Junior Division for years 1 & 2 and a Senior Division for years 3, 4 & 5. Meaning 6 teams will be taking home prize money!!!! If you do not have team members, don't worry! We will assign you to other members.

Each team will be required to virtually complete their case video submission prior to the Conference day.
